As I found else where on the internet, people were using the same method to install office 2016, running command line tools, then using the patcher. Dec 07, 2016 How to install Apple Xcode Command Line Tools for macOS Sierra. Complete guide to installation. Xcode is a large suite of software development tools and libraries from Apple. The Xcode Command Line Tools are part of XCode. Installation of many common Unix-based tools requires the GCC compiler. The Xcode Command Line Tools include a GCC compiler.
You may have to sign up for a free Apple Developer Account in order to download Xcode 10 from the developer link that BDAqua provided — unless Apple has relaxed its access privileges for these tools.

Nothing has worked yet.
